Kika B.: Movasana of a photographer and yoga teacher

Quote: "Deep breath in, warrior pose, deep breath out… moved!"

Category: Moving assistant

Duration: 3 × 4 hours

Project vibe: "Don't panic." (The Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy, 2005)

Kika is endlessly creative and able to find beauty in the details. We made her move easier and together directed her Movasana: a smooth transition to a new home, with no tragedy.

We stood by her during a major life transformation, so that instead of stressing over suitcases and boxes she could focus on her new beginning, real asanas and her inner flow.

We supported her not only in sorting and organising her things, but also in choosing furniture and accessories that brought harmony to her new home. There was a bit of drama, but thanks to a clear system and our support it had no tragic consequences.

Everyone experiences a move differently, but statistically it's one of the most stressful moments in life. Strong emotions can surface, and you need calm and time to come to terms with the change. The journey is the destination.

Question:
What if, while packing, it turns out that everything "might still come in handy"? Can you make good decisions under time pressure?

Answer:
That's when we set up a system that decides in place of emotions. And once the stress subsides, decision-making suddenly gets surprisingly easy. When we see things in categories, categorical decisions can follow. Moving is decision-making training. It doesn't always go easily or quickly, and that's fine. The main thing is that it's happening.

A move ahead of you? A new home deserves a good start.
